Returns

Return Period: We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

Conditions: Products must be in the same condition as received, complete, and without customer-caused damage.

Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Send the product to the address we will provide.

Costs: The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer and amounts to $300.00 MXN.

Refunds: Once we receive and review the product, we will process your refund.
